It's not just the quality of my work that sets RICHARD DIXON / TPD STUDIOS apart from other photography studios. It's also the creativity and style that is visible in each and every one of my photographs.

Over the years I have visited the Indian Ocean Island of Mauritius and spent many hours photographing the islands beautiful landscapes .

A large number of these images have found there way into giving me photo backgrounds for a lot of my Toy Industry Advertising Projects .

Both Action Man Comics Imagery , SEASTAR 5 Imagery and the " BRATZ " Imagery , feature many landscapes as backgrounds for my photography .

The island has provided me with a very versatile backdrop of forests , tropical mountain views , seascapes and other exotic style locations for my photography .

The friendly and helpful people of the Island have helped me a lot to find locations that I could not have easily found by myself .

SEASTAR 5 , FILMED IN MAURITIUS......MADE IN ENGLAND .

My undersea action and adventure children's comicbook series which is currently on sale in the AmazonStore was partly filmed on the Island of Mauritius . A number of locations formed backgrounds for sequences of images featured in the book series called "SEASTAR 5 INVADERS FROM THE ABYSS" .

On the island we had a wonderful time at various locations including the "Coloured Earths" , Rose Hill , Port Louis , Crocodile Park.....La Morne , and many others...with a reception at Government House to talk about our work with the Governor.....even going filming underwater for our effect sequences for submarine action scenes....

I hope you have enjoyed looking through these images that I have taken on the Indian Ocean Island of Mauritius over the years......truly a beautiful island .....and I had plenty of photo adventures on my various visits.....maybe I will share more images with you from those adventures in the future .
